It also requires balance.
As a WFTDA league member, JCRD's Ground Crew officiating program upholds the teamwork, precision, and integrity required to ensure teams' boutcomes are achieved with the same values. Program referees and NSOs (non-skating officials) maintain association gameplay, conduct, safety, and record keeping for all JCRD bouts. They also engage the audience as MCs and auditors to make the action accessible.
Ground Crew is an open volunteer program prepped to train and develop those ready to build a culture of professional-grade competition from the ground...up.
